Refund & Returns Policy
(Applicable to customers in Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom & Australia)
- Final-Sale Items
All knives, knuckle-dusters and other bladed or age-restricted items sold on balisongs.uk are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, order the wrong size/colour, or decide you no longer need the product. This restriction is permitted under UK and EU distance-selling law for items that pose safety, hygiene or age-verification risks. - Defective or Damaged Goods
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and equivalent EU statutes, you are still entitled to a remedy if the goods are faulty.
Inspection window: Please check your parcel within 48 hours of delivery.
Eligibility: Manufacturing defects, blade lock failure, broken packaging seals in transit, wrong item shipped.
Remedy options:
A like-for-like replacement (subject to stock availability); or
A full refund to your original payment method.
Claim process: Email info@ztechknives.com within 48 hours, quoting order number, clear photos/video of the defect and the outer shipping label.
- Return Authorisation (RMA)
Returns without a pre-approved RMA number will be refused. Once your claim is validated, we will email an RMA form and return instructions. Parcels sent back without RMA will be treated as abandoned. - Shipping Costs
If the item is confirmed defective, we cover both outbound and return postage using a tracked service. For all other cases, returns are not accepted and postage is non-refundable. - Non-Returnable Circumstances
