Transaction Services Agreement
Terms covering payment processing, fraud checks, authorisations, refunds, and dispute handling for purchases on Balisongs.UK.
1) Scope
- By placing an order, you authorise us and our payment partners to process your payment and perform security checks.
- This applies to card/wallet payments and any approved alternatives (e.g., bank transfer on request).
2) Fraud prevention & verification
- We may request additional details to verify a transaction (billing confirmation, identity checks, etc.).
- If verification is not completed, we may cancel and refund the order.
- We may refuse or limit transactions that appear suspicious or non-compliant.
This protects both buyers and our checkout system from fraud and chargeback abuse.
3) Authorisations, holds, and partial captures
- Some methods place an authorisation hold before the final capture.
- If supported, we may capture payment per shipment for split dispatch.
- Hold release timing depends on your bank/provider.
4) Chargebacks & disputes
- Please contact us first—most issues can be solved faster via support.
- If a chargeback is filed, we may submit evidence (order logs, delivery proof, communications).
- Fraudulent disputes may result in account restrictions.
