Where is my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details (if tracking is included for your service level). If you didn’t receive it, contact us with your order number and we’ll send an update.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can usually modify or cancel it. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major card payments and selected digital wallets. For some orders, bank transfer may be available on request.

Returns & refunds — how does it work?

Returns are accepted within the allowed period. Items must be unused and in original condition unless faulty. Please review the full Returns Policy for details.
